- ➤ Blue Earth County is using opioid settlement money to fund prevention and recovery programs such as youth mental health initiatives, early childhood support, and a drug-sniffing dog unit, while the city of Mankato has allocated grants to local organizations for education and support services; both review proposals before final decisions are made.
