- ➤ Laura Mohapatra, a junior at Mankato West High School who will be a senior next year, was nominated to the Greater Mankato Diversity Council’s Youth Pathfinder Award and now serves on its education committee. - ➤ Bridges Community School third grade teacher Michelle Modrow is one of 128 statewide candidates for Minnesota Teacher of the Year, recognized for her strong commitment to students.
