GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ North Mankato City Council will consider a resolution on Monday to accept bids for converting the Caswell North Soccer Complex from natural grass to synthetic turf—an upgrade estimated at about $1.5 million that includes grading, drainage, fencing adjustments, and potential additional topsoil work. Construction could begin in May. Mankato Free Press
