- ➤ On Saturday night, a 25-year-old woman suspected of theft led a high-speed chase from north of Mankato on Highway 169 and was arrested in Minnetonka at an apartment complex ramp—she faces charges for possession of stolen property and fleeing police. Mankato Free Press
- ➤ Travis Ryan Earle, who admitted to killing his father in 2022 in their rural home near Mankato, remains in the Minnesota Security Hospital as he is not fit to stand trial—prosecutors had his second-degree murder charges reinstated after a judge briefly dismissed them based on state law.
