- ➤ Today, the North Mankato Farmers’ Market closed its first season at its new Caswell Park location as it celebrated harvest season with extra space for vendors and more traffic from Highway 14 + Lor Ray Drive. The market will continue through next Monday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. KEYC

- ➤ Hardee’s on Highway 169 in Mankato closed permanently yesterday—its doors simply displaying 'Closed Permanently' after operating for about a decade. A manager at the Madison Avenue location did not comment on the closure. KEYC
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The Mankato Area Public Schools Board approved a vision card listing 22 metrics—state assessments, graduation rates and suspension disparities—to track district progress and address concerns raised during Monday’s meeting, and the district will share more details soon. Mankato Free Press
