- ➤ At its annual meeting in late October, the St. Peter Food Co-op announced that about 2,000 member owners will receive credits from its 2024 profits that are expected in December—this is only the second time the co-op has shared profit credits as set by its bylaws. Mankato Free Press
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Federal and state health officials are investigating 13 infant botulism cases across 10 states linked to two lots of ByHeart Inc. recalled Whole Nutrition Infant Formula, with one case reported in Minnesota. Parents are advised to note the lot number and clean surfaces that touched the product as the FDA examines the source of the contamination. Mankato Free Press
