- ➤ The north entrance of the Mankato Place parking ramp, located off Civic Center Plaza, will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday for scheduled window cleaning — drivers should use the south entrance following the detour along Civic Center Plaza to South Second Street to East Cherry Street. - ➤ Crews are wrapping up the final touches on the Highway 22 project between Mankato and St. Peter — adding pave work, guardrails, and signs at Blue Earth County Road 2; the highway will reopen later in November and work will resume in spring for the final phase. KEYC
